Casting and rolling mini plant LPM-150 is designed for the production of low-grade steel rolled products according to GOST 2590-88, valves with a diameter of 8 -: - 25 mm of class A1, A2, A3 GOST 5781-82, wire rod 5,0 - 12 mm GOST 30136-94 from scrap steel. FEATURES OF TECHNOLOGY:

 

In LPM-150, a new technology of direct combination of continuous casting with rolling has been implemented. Rolling continuous cast billets produced without intermediate cooling and storage.

The maximum length of a continuously cast billet reaches 42 meters, which allows riots weighing up to 5 tons. The billet before rolling is heated in the induction heater.
