Advantages of rectilinear coolers from ring, cup, etc.:

 

  • more convenient for the layout of sinter plants;
  • simultaneously lifts the agglomerate and transports it to sorting, which allows to reduce the height
    agglomeration corps;
  • simplicity of design allows to reduce the cost of maintenance and repair;
  • easier implementation of uniform and high-quality sintering, as well as cleaning
    spillage;
  • equipment operation for 20 years without replacing the base units and at minimum cost
    repairs.

 

Rectilinear coolers provide:

 

  • reducing the need for spare parts – up to 100 tons per year;
  • air consumption for cooling a ton of sinter – 2000 … 2500 m3
  • reduction of downtime for the repair of equipment – up to 5%;
  • automation of the process of lubrication of the hinges of the chain of the blade;
